Work is to include an interior wall, a new exterior entrance door, a new exterior overhead door, and finishes. Interior non-structural demolition is also covered under this permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate permit is required for high-piled stock or rack storage.
