Barber Dam Deflection Embankment - Rough Grading / This project consists of construction of a rock and soil berm to deflect floodwaters away from the Harris Ranch Developement in the event of a dam failure. Approximately 7945 cubic yards of soil and rock will be placed to construct the berm. Berm and all areas disturbed by construction will be revegetated upon completion of the work. Work is to be performed in accordance to the list of Grading Permit Conditions (Memo to Jason Blais dated 1-27-10) attached to this permit.
