Description
This extensive remodel and addition project is to include the razing of an existing 150s.f. detached accessory structure and 208s.f. to the rear of the existing dwelling along with the foundations and slab for 702s.f. of basement area and 403s.f. of crawlspace area. This demolition will require the lifting of the remaining 936s.f. main level of the existing structure off of the existing foundation requiring a bond of $3.50 per s.f. or $5,000.00. (the bond may be released at such time there is confirmation from the structural division that the dwelling is placed back on the new permanent foundation. The new construction will include a new full 1512s.f. basement with 8'-0" concrete walls with 7'-0" of unbalanced fill; 576s.f. of main level addition and 511s.f. of 2nd level living space. There is also to be a new 330s.f. detached garage at the rear property line at the alley side loaded and the exterior wall on the north elevation will be 3'-0" off of the property line requiring protection per R302 and Table 302.1 attached. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical and ESC permits are required. R-1CH ok per DRH09-00308 by Matt Halitsky.
