(620 S. 9TH ST - NORTHWEST CORNER) To stablize a portion of the foundation located in the northwest corner of an existing building. Work is to include removing a small section of sidewalk located in the public way, excavating down to the bottom of the foundation, and installing two "Hubbell Corporation / A. B. Chance Co." helical pier foundation anchors with foundation repair brackets having a capacity of at least 20,000 pounds each. The components and installation of helical piers are required to comply with ICC ER-5110 and the Structural Engineer's design. Wedge anchors attaching the foundation repair brackets to the concrete foundation are required to comply with ESR-2427. Special Inspection is required as noted in the Evaluation Reports. For this project, the required Special Inspections are allowed to be done by the project Structural Engineer. The soil will be compacted and the removed concrete sidewalk replaced in conjunction with this permit. This permit is NOT intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. **CJW**
