This interior remodel project is to consist of the removal of the raised floor area on the main level along with select interior partition work to reconfigure the utility room and adding a new powder room. There will be a fireplace added to the master bedroom and the fireplace in the living room will be enlarged. There is to be a new closet/storage area off of the main level bedroom.
