RIVERVIEW HOMES - COMMUNITY BUILDING - To demo the interior of an existing two story building and remodel to convert a 900 square foot, second story storage area into a new 745 square foot assembly area with associated storage area. To remodel the 890 square foot first story to include a new laundry area, office, two accessible restrooms, mechanical room and lobby area. The permit also includes the construction of a new metal exterior egress stairway from the second floor, a new 200 square foot wooden balcony on the north side of the second floor and a new covered entry canopy at the south side of the building. The balcony is considered an accessory area to the assembly room. This permit also includes related site improvements. This building is not fire sprinklered.
