**Brown Mackie** This permit is for minor tenant mprovements to an existing 32,640 sq. ft. building with work to include the reconfiguration of suite 250 and 270 as well as the registrars office. Suite 250 will be converted to a medical and dental asssisting training areas and suite 270 will be used for office space and two new acessible restrooms with work to include minor demolition of interior non-bearing partition walls, construction of new interior partition walls, intallation and repair of the suspended ceiling, reconfiguration of ducting, installation of new restroom fixtures, installation of a new hi-lo dinking fountain and all related interior finishes. The new restroom fixtures and drinking fountain will maintain the appropriate fixture count for the current occupant load. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING, ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA13 AS REGULATED BY THE BOISE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT.
