Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create three separate office areas and to isolate this department from the other departments, installation of new accessible doors and hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. (This tenant space was only approved due to GSA occupying the entire floor. If at any point in the future that is not the case and separate tenants occupy the created suites then a permit would be required to correct exiting through other tenant spaces.) **TLW**
