Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of new accessible bathroom fixtures, installation of new hand sinks, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This project decreases the existing fixture count; plan review report clarifies allowed fixture count.
