(Shell and Core - BOISE TOWNE SQUARE - SPACE 1083) Permit to create three new tenant spaces within the existing confines of the mall. Work to include: [installation of interior non-bearing partition walls to create a 1,262 square foot space (space #1081), a 5,553 square foot space (space #1083), a 2,081 square foot space (space #1087), a new elevator equipment room and a new janitors room], relocation of existing structural columns, relocate 1 hour exit passage way, installation of new smoke evacuation system components, and interior finishes in compliance with ch. 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklerd any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. NOTE: Plan Modification for relocated smoke evacuation system approved. 4-21-10; PLAN MODIFICATION 5-14-10 - Modification submitted to change the second exit location from into the back corridor to directly into the exit enclosure.
