This building is fully fire sprinklerd any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. NOTE: Plan Modification for relocated smoke evacuation system approved. 4-21-10; PLAN MODIFICATION 5-14-10 - Modification submitted to change the second exit location from into the back corridor to directly into the exit enclosure. This relocation will require additional engineering for the new opening and a cane rail installed under the existing stairs. **TLW**
