(PRINT SHOP - STEELWOOD UNIT 11 - ACTION QUALITY PRINTERS) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To expand an existing 8,520 square foot, 2 story, tenant space by creating a 1,850 square foot 1 story room on the South side of the original tenant space and to prepare the room for occupancy as a print shop. Including this expansion, the total area of this tenant space will be 10,370 square feet (7,740 square feet on the 1st story and 2,630 square feet on the 2nd story located within the original tenant space). The expansion is into an existing area located within this structure. Openings in the fire wall between this room and the original tenant space were not allowed because the fire wall is needed for fire flow. The path of travel between this room and the original tenant space will be outside. Unobstructed access to the restrooms, drinking fountains, and service sink located in the original tenant space shall be maintained for the occupants of this room. Work is to include a new full height wall, an exterior wall infill, and a new overhead door.
