Work to include: demolition of existing cooler, installation of new prefabricated walk-in cooler, demolition of existing slab under cooler, installation of new insulated slab under cooler, minor plumbing, relocate interior non-combustible wall to increase dry storage area and reduce janitor closet area, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is not fire spinklered. NOTE: If the existing Fire Alarm system is modified in anyway an alarm permit through Boise City Fire Dept. will be required.
