This tenant will occupy the entire building. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD06-02048. Work to include: Construction of interior non-bearing partition walls to create; offices, separate sex accessible restrooms, break room, conference room, lobby w/ kids play area, reception area, testing/sound room, therapy room, and other specialized rooms; new plumbing, new electrical, mechanical, and installation of interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC.NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. All work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
