A new Rooftop unit will be installed as well as warehouse unit heaters. The RTU will be placed in the location provided under the shell permit and indicated on the tenant improvement plans. No racking is allowed under this permit. Racking over 8 feet in height will require a separate permit. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the existing sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department.
