Scope of work includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of existing misc. plumbing, removal of interior finishes, removal of all existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line, and removal of some existing light fixtures. ****NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT***** No demolition work of the sprinkler system shall be performed until a Fire Sprinkler permit has been issued.NOTE: Ceiling panels are not to be removed as part of this building permit, as doing so will impair sprinkler operation unless sprinklers are relocated to the proper distance from the upper floor deck. If removal of ceiling panels is necessary, a fire sprinkler permit will be required, showing proper relocation of sprinkler heads. CDM
