(BIOMARK) Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing tenant space with work to include the remoal of some interior non-bearing partition walls relocation of misc. doors, construction of 20 lineal feet of tenant demizing wall and all related interior finishes. This improvement will incorporate suite 190, previously Pioneer Title (approximately 2,074 sq. ft) into the Biomark space and will eliminate 2,061 sq. ft. from the Americana side of the space ( the eliminate Biomark area will be incorporated into suite 120 under a future permit expected to be submited on 5-28-10) The total area of the Biomark tenant space will be 9,825 sq. ft. This building is fully sprinklered for area increase, any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the City of Boise Fire Department.
