This remodel project is to include the remodel of the kitchen area and the addition of an architectural dormer over the family room that will not affect the roof framing (trusses). They will be wrapped with drywall and the dormer will be insulated to meet the minimum requirements of R-30 for the roof area and R-19 for the new vertical wall area. R-1B ok per Colleen Carroll.
