This project is for the repair of fire damage to an existing 900s.f. 2-story single family dwelling that will include the removal and replacement of the main level interior plaster / drywall on the walls and ceiling. The exterior wall is now required to insulated with a minimum of R-13. R-1C ok per Andrea Tuning. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked energy option 1 in the main level and the plan review notes. pep
