(SSA/ODAR) Suite 275/280 Permit for tenant improvements to an existing tenant space whic will combine Suite 275 and 280 to create a 3,813 sq. ft. space with work to include the demolition of interior non-bearing partition walls, construction of interior nonbearing partition walls to create new office and meeting room spaces as well as two new accessible single user restrooms (Core restrooms exist on this floor), new lighting, new mechanical ducting and all related interior finishes.
