Micron Building #80 - (C14079) - Remodel for Nuflare E-Beams - To install new clean room walls and egress doors in an open area on the first floor of Building #80, between grid lines #3 & #4 and #E & # F. The new walls will enclose an approximate 700 square foot area that will contain two new E-Beam tool rooms, E-Beam #6 and E-Beam #7. This permit also includes necessary floor and roof tile modifications, as well as, associated mechanical and electrical modifications. There is no latching hardware proposed for the egress doors. All construction per the approved plans and redlined notes. JCM
