This project is for the addition of a new attached 35s.f. 3/4/ bathroom area to an existing single family dwelling that will be accessed from the outside and be used for the swimming pool bath area. R-1A ok per Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. N / A subgrade inspection per Terry Records and N / A ESC permit due to the small scope of this project. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
