The work on the third, fifth and sixth is work that has already been completed and is minor in nature consisting of the construction of Steelcase Pathways demountable wall system to create small office and conference room areas with no change in occupant load. The wall system is to be installed per ESR 1829 attached to the plans. Work on the second floor is similar in nature with K-Wall systems approved under previous permits with work to include retrofit of lighting with more efficient products mino HVAC work and related interior finishes with no change in occupant load. The existing corridor is to remain in tact. All work to be done per the approved plans. This is a fully sprinklered building any alteratins to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
