This project is for the removal of an existing concrete slab at the side of an existing 1540s.f. single family dwelling and constructing a new 96s.f. unconditioned side entry / mud room / sun room with a mono pour concrete slab and foundation. As this addition is separated by door from the dwelling & (unconditioned) the energy requirements are waived. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll.
