NO GC - SEE ATTACHED LETTER IN DOCUMENTS (Discovery Trail Kiosk) To erect a 100 sq. ft. covered, pre-fabricated steel frame kiosk with wood roof cover on an existing concrete foundation. Attachment of steel column base plates to be by 1/2" anchors bolts secured with adhesive per ESR-3013, Hilti HIT-HY 150 MAX-SD or approved equal with Special Inspection per the ESR report. Anchors to be embedded a minimum of 7" into the existing concrete. Infill between columns for display signboard support with safety lighting in soffit of roof. Roof designed to drain to the interior of the kiosk into existing gravel drainage base establish under previous site work. All per reviewed plans, attached plan review comments & conditions of all reviewing agencies and red-lined notesd on plans. Pacific Steel Fabricators to construct steel frame and Materials Testing & Inspection has been listed as the Special Inspection Agency to verify compliance of designated items requiring special inspection as noted on the attached Form #310 - "Project Start Up For Special Inspections".
