"CRACKER BARREL" This project is for the extension to the elevation of an existing parapet wall at the eastern side of an existing Restaurant / Retail building in order to relocate an existing sign on this side of the building. The extension will consist of removing aproximately 21 l.f. of existing wood framed parapet wall cap and flashing,removal of the top plates of the parapet wall and attaching new 2X6 studs to the existing wall studs with 3 ea. 5/8" diameter bolts at each attachment. The extension will allow for the relocation of an existing sign on this side of the building. The project is to also include the black out of 2-windows on this east elevation of the of the building and covering same on the exterior; installing new surface mounted light fixtures to reflect down on the new sign location approved through CZC10-00141 approved by Andrea Tuning. 7-12-2010 pep
