Description |
(Kimball Electronics) **Modification allowing the side of the tenant demizing wall adjacent to the unoccupied space not to be sheetrocked.*** Permit for tenant improvement to 10,136 sq. ft. in an existing 80,668 sq. ft. building. The tenant improvement will increase the size of kimbal electronice from 30,025 sq. ft. to 40,188 sq. ft.. work will include the constuction of a new tenant demizing wall, the addition of a exit door and stairs on the north side of the building and th removal of part of an existing tenant demizing wall. The original 30,025 sq. ft. space was created under BLD00-01792 which indicated smok/heat vents and draft curtains already in place. This building is fully sprinklered for area increase; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. All work to be done per the approved plans and attached engineering. This T.I has decreased the adjacent tenant space by 10,136 sq. ft. CDM
