(New Balance) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing tenant space in a 6,480 sq. ft. building, reducing the square footage from 3,400 sq. ft. to 2,800 sq. ft. with work to include the construction of a new tenant demizing wall, removal of portions of interior non-bearing partition walls for the reconfiguration of the storage, bathroom and dressing room areas. Existing lighting will be left in place with the acception of the storage and restroom areas.. All work to be done per the approved plans.
