This project is for the razing of an existing 240s.f. upper level deck area at the front of an existing single family dwelling and the construction of 1425s.f. of upper level deck area extending to the south and west alon the side of the single family dwelling. There is to be a new concrete patio / walk area and access to the main entry of the main level of the dwelling. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Call Terry Records at 384-3946. N / A ESC permit and plan due to the nature of the excavation (hand dug) and turned to the landscaping. All per the approved plans as marked, engineering calculations and the Engineer's details along with the plan review notes. pep
