Remove the thumbturn lock on the main exit for tenant 417 and provide with keyed/sticker as discussed or provide approved single action hardware. Relocate the exit sign that is mounted on the corridor ceiling down to the header leading into the rear exit. Provide a mounted/tagged fire extinguisher and sticker at the main exit in tenant 415.
