A 78s.f. office area will be converted to an 48s.f. shower room and storage room with the remaining 30s.f.. ESC Plan Waiver Request is Approved due to the short length of the trenching. There will be 9 ft. of interior partition that includes a new plumbing wall. There will be approx 20 ft. of cutting and trenching in the lower level floor for the new plumbing. An ESC permit is required but the ESC plan is waived due to the small scope of the project and the ESC plan waiver request letter.
