This project is for the remodel of an existing 578s.f. single family dwelling. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll. The project will consist of select exterior sheathing and siding replacement / repair along with reroofing of the dwelling. There will also be upgrade to the electrical, plumbing and mechancial. There will also be select roof framing modificqations to strengthen same. the exterior walls and ceiling will be insulated per best method for the project peramiters. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. pep
