(SAFELITE AUTO GLASS) Remodel to an existing 8,319 sq. ft. retail, office, and storage tenant space previously occupied by Safelite Auto Glass, downsizing to 1,891 sq. ft. for Safelite Auto Glass with the remaining 6,428 sq. ft. to become a new tenant space for Central RTO (BLD10-02100) in existing building per approved plans. This work being done in conjunction with work for adjacent tenant under BLD10-02100. Address for this tenant was formerly 6312 W. Overland Road. Work to include infill & finishes of four door openings to create the separation between Safelite Glass & future Central RTO space. Remainder of existing interior rooms & finishes to remain as currently exist. Add new door and hardware into storage room and relocate existing furnace within existing utility room to allow for new cased opening into room from storage room. New certificate of occupancy required due to reduction in floor area and occupant load for this existing tenant. drs
