Micron Building #24A - (C14578) – LED, Remodel Gold/Backgrind Isolation - To Install some additional clean room walls and door to enlarge and enclose Service Aisle #105M; to slightly enlarge Bay 16 #105N; and to modify the south end of Service Aisle #105O. to enclose a portion or the wall at grid line #5 and to add a new 6070 automatic sliding egress door and a 36"x36" pass-thru in the wall at grid line #5.
