(ANN MORRISON BUILDING) Permit for structural upgrades to the existing North and South walls of the lower portion of the existing building with work to include the removal and replacement of part of the existing sidewalks, removal of the lower portion of the framed walls (non-bearing exterior walls) excavation for a new foundation, installation of a new foundation and the reattachment of the walls to the new foundation. New structural columns will also be installed at each end of the post and beam system. Work is being done to elevate the bottom of the wall above the existing sidewalk and provide proper drainage away from the building. All work to be done per the approved plans, attached engineering and DRH10-00135. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department.
