This project is for the remodel of an existing 1100s.f. 1-story single family dwelling that will include the replacement of 6-windows, 3-doors, removal of cedar siding and replacing same with masonite siding or equal; removal of the existing cedar roofing and replacing same with new osb sheathing and new 30 year asphalt shingles. The project will also include the creation of a new master bathroom and the upgrade of the egress windows per the window replacement policy of 5-17-2020. R-1C ok per Todd Tucker.
