STEIN DISTRIBUTING - PARTIAL DEMOLITION - Complete demolition of the office portion of the building and partial demolition of the warehouse portion of the existing building. Portions of the existing roof structure will remain and be shored and salvaged for the reconstruction of the building. All rooftop mechanical units will be removed. All demo and structural shoring work to be done per the approved plans. Modifications of the existing fire sprinkler system will require a seperate Fire Sprinkler permit, as regulated by the Fire Department. JCM/SJA
