This project is for the relocation of a 1317 sq. ft. two story single family dwelling with a 418 sq. ft. detached two car garage and a 90 sq. ft. covered concrete front porch per approved plans and attached requirement lists. (1st floor 628 sq. ft.)(2nd floor 689 sq. ft.) The relocation of these structures will include the attachment of the garage to the side of the dwelling unit at this new location.
