This project is for the construction of a new 2400s.f. fully engineered pole type detached accessory structure. As this structure is already erected the engineering supplied is for as-built conditions which include the requirement for select at random inspection of post pier footings to confirm diameter and depth. Viewing excavation will be selected by the inspection division at a site visit. This permit is for the inspection and determination of existing conditions of an existing 2400s.f. detached accessory structure. This structure was erected in 2003/2004 without permits or approvals. The structure now requires as built engineering and verification of foundation / pier footing depth per the as built engineering supplied. The structure has a 400s.f. space framed into the corner that includes a bathroom with shower, sink and water closet. The ceiling of the 400s.f. room creates a 400s.f. mezzanine accessed by a code complying stair and guard railing. There is a service pit in the concrete floor that is 6’-0” wide X 28’-0” long & 5 to 6’-0” deep. SEPARATE PERMITS FOR ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL ALONG WITH FINAL INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO A FINAL APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING (STRUCTURAL) DIVISION FOR SAME ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUILDING OWNER. C-2D / DA approved through CVA10-00040 by Susan Riggs. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
