This project is for the remodel to the interior of one unit in the basement of an existing multifamily dwelling with seven units. The project is to include the removal of lath and plaster ceiling of the unit replacing same with resilient channel and type-X drywall; reconfiguration of the existing bathroom and kitchen areas firring out of the wall behind the range counter and adding a new range hood and vent along with the removal of an existing bearig wall to make the bedroom area larger and adding a new ceiling / floor beam in its place. 11-26-2010 "No further comments per Scoll Arellano (fire).
