This extensive remodel addition will include the extension of the kitchen area to the rear of the dwelling and additional living space in the attic area. The rear portion of the roof framing will be removed to allow for the extra support to the existing attic framing to strengthen the attic floor and existing rafters per the engineering attached. There will be a new 160s.f. detached carport with 45s.f. enclosed storage area with the new rear driveway area. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required.
