This project is for the remodel of an existing 1529s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. This project will include select interior non bearing partition work to create a new master bathroom; adding to the existing bathroom and relocating the utility area in future permit. There will be new window and door openings in the north (rear ) wall for new kitchen window, bathroom window and patio doors out of the dining area to the rear. there will be new partition work at the center wall below the ridge beam to create a new opening between the kitchen ad living area and into the new bathroom.
