Lower the fire extinguishers to less than 5' but no lower than 4". Provide single action hardware on all of the exterior doors. Provide smoke detectors in all of the common areas. Heat detectors can be used if the requirements of UFC 1007..2.9.1.4 Several areas have no smoke detectors and others have only smoke alarms. This work will require a separate permit.
