This project is for the placement of approx. 12l.f. of interior non bearing partition wall to create a new access hall to the master bedroom and laundry room area in an existing 1515s.f. single family dwelling. The new hallway area will be taking about 27s.f. of space from the attached garage. the floor area of the new hallway will be built up to match the living space floor level. An existing doorway from the living room area will be framed in and a mew door will be installed from the mew hall to the garage area. Separate electrical permit is required.
