This project is for the reconstruction of and a 92s.f. addition to an existing above grade deck at the rear of an existing 4165s.f. single family dwelling. R-1B ok per Colleen Carroll. The project will include the removal of the existing concrete patio area and placing a new foundation under the exterior perimeter of same. Due to the scope of work an ESC plan waiver will be approved. All per the approved plans as marked along with the engineering calculations and details. pep
