Scope of work includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of existing plumbing, removal of interior finishes, removal of all existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line, and removal of some existing light fixtures. The existing ceiling may only be removed with approval from the Boise City Fire Dept. (Modifications to the sprinkler system may be required. ****NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT****
