Micron Building #16 - (C14960) - North End Remodel of Old CVD Area - To raise ceiling HEPA grid elevation, demo and reconstruct clean room walls, and door relocations to create new room configurations at the CVD area. This work is being done at the north end of the basement of building #16 between grid lines #17 and #M&#Q. This permit also includes related floor, ceiling, electrical aand mechanical modifications.
