This project is for the repair of fire damage to an existing 2870s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The project is to include the replacement and repair of select roof trusses, girder trusses and floor joists of the upper level (2) each from the garage common wall to the family room. There will be a new 11 7/8 LVL at the side of the new girder truss to help support the wall above. The project will also include the placement of interior partitions to increase the bathroom area and add a closet to the upper level. A-1 zone ok per David Moser. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
