"Common Break Room" Permit to create a 188 sq. ft. common break room area on the second story. The area will be created by reducing the size of suite 295b by 188 sq. ft. Suite 295b is not allowed to be occupied under this permit. A separate permit is required to occupy suite 295b. Work is to include the removal of approximately 3 lineal feet of interior non bearing partition wall, construction of approximately 6 lineal feet of interior nonbearing partition wall, the installation of a new sink and related interior finishes.
