Julia Davis Park Restroom and Pavilion Plaza #1 - To construct a 4,335 square foot, concrete plaza that will have a 745 square foot roof covered pavilion on the west side of the plaza, a 15 foot diameter, two foot high concrete planter in the center and a 675 square foot restroom with roof covered walkway on the east. The restroom building is constucted of masonry and metal stud walls with a metal roof canopy supported by metal columns. The restroom building will contain four single user restrooms.
