(IDAHO POWER M & E SHOPS) **This building is NOT fire sprinklered.** To construct a 400 sq. ft. storage room addition onto an existing building per approved plans. Work to include: Remove existing asphalt, and patch and seal for new addition; construct new slab on grade foundation, 8-inch CMU exterior walls, exterior door, corrugated metal roof, and prefinished metal parapet per plans; remove an existing mechanical unit and infill existing penetrations; relocate a existing exterior wall exhaust fan to a new location; replace an existing 2nd floor window opening with a new 3/4 hour glazing system per plans; and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, Engineering, and all reviewing agencies approvals. At the conclusion of this work, a Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued for the addition mentioned above.
